Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you shop with DAL. We understand that circumstances arise where you may have ordered the wrong product or the product differs from what you need. For these reasons and more, all of the items we sell on our website are backed by our Return Policy.

Our commitment is to provide the most complete, hassle-free resolution as quickly as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please note, this policy applies to stockline labels and ribbons only, all custom printed labels and thermal printers will need to be discussed with your customer service or sales representative before returning.

Simply email your request, for return to [email protected] and we will then send you a Return Authorisation Form to complete and return with your goods.

The customer may return authorised goods using the shipping method of your choice and is responsible for the return shipping charges. Used or otherwise altered items not in new condition are not eligible for credit.
