But other aspects of the business have changed with the times, as Penrite grew from its founder’s high school pocket money maker to an international exporter of lubricants. Innovation is key to its success, Bill says – and his job is never boring.
“Staying in the loop with the manufacturing team keeps the planning flowing and flexible. That’s why I’m always looking ahead to make sure we have all the raw components, including labels, to ensure everything runs efficiently,” Bill explains.
A lasting collaboration
